STEPS Community Health Centres is offering a free Coping with Chronic Conditions Therapy Group, a 9-week program designed to support people living with chronic medical conditions. This group focuses on building coping skills and improving quality of life through education, reflection, and shared support.
Participants will learn practical strategies related to managing emotions, unhelpful thoughts, and communication in the context of living with a chronic condition. Group members will also have the opportunity to support one another in a safe and supportive group environment.

- Time: 12:30–2:00 PM
- Format: Weekly via Zoom
- Length: 9 sessions (90 minutes each)
- Note: No session on May 18
Who can register?
Patients experiencing distress related to a chronic medical condition, including but not limited to long COVID, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, headaches, chronic pain, post-concussion syndrome, postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS), diabetes, and other significant illnesses.
Spaces are limited and registration is required.
