Join us for Patient Creations, a free monthly craft group exclusively for STEPS patients, led by Registered Social Workers Taylor & Angela.

This welcoming, hands-on group offers a relaxed space to unwind, connect, and explore creativity. Each month we’ll try a new craft activity — no experience needed.

🗓 When: 2nd Tuesday of each month (starting March 10)
⏰ Time: 1:00–2:30pm
📍 Location: Orchards Walk Community Centre

This 6-session group incorporates elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
