Practice Update: Dr. Frank Relocating to STEPS Valleyview Effective September 8, 2025, Dr. S. M. Signy Frank will be moving her family practice from Sun Peaks Health Centre to the STEPS Valleyview Clinic in Kamloops. Dr. Frank remains committed to keeping all patients attached within her longitudinal family practice. There will be no disruption to care or services during this transition. Free 8-Week CBT Group: Build Awareness & Shift Unhelpful Patterns STEPS is offering a free Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) group for eligible patients. Led by Registered Social Worker Angela Owen and Psychiatrist Dr. Kristina Birkholz, this 8-week program helps participants become more aware of their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours—and how to positively shift them. Mondays | Sept 8 – Nov 3, 2025 | 12:30–2:00 PM Online via Zoom Learn practical CBT tools to change unhelpful thought patterns, behaviours, and emotional responses.
