Befriending Your Nervous System Group Therapy - Winter 2025
Based on Polyvagal Theory, this group helps participants better understand and regulate their nervous system. Learn how to move more easily between nervous system states and spend less time feeling “stuck” in fight, flight, or freeze. Each session includes skills practice, reflection, and discussion. CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) Group Therapy - Winter 2025
This structured group focuses on the connection between thoughts, behaviours, emotions, and physical sensations. Participants will learn skills to shift unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours, improve mood, and manage emotional states more effectively. Using concepts from CBT and DBT, participants will develop strategies to shift unhelpful communication patterns and build more effective, confident interactions.
