This structured group focuses on the connection between thoughts, behaviours, emotions, and physical sensations. Participants will learn skills to shift unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours, improve mood, and manage emotional states more effectively. Sessions include guided discussion, reflection, and practical worksheets to build skills over time. Facilitated by Angela Owen, RSW, and Dr. Kristina Birkholz.
